Directions:
As body scrub - with wet hands, grab a handful of product and apply to desired using circular motions for up to 30 seconds. For best results, use every 2-3 days, dry body and use a lotion then follow with your favorite body oil. As hand soap scrub - wet hands then grab a quarter sized amount and scrub hands for up to 20 seconds front back, in between too! Proceed with rinsing per usual then dry hands and follow with a lotion then layer your favorite body oil.
